Logan and Kayla planned a beautiful outdoor ceremony and tent reception at the Lake Hannibal Estates this past June. With every outdoor ceremony, there is always the risk of rain and that proved to be a concern for Logan and Kayla. I met up with Kayla and the girls at Immanuel Lutheran Church while my second shooter stopped at Logan’s parents house with the guys. We were both fortunate enough to grab portraits outside. Though the clouds looked scary, the rain stayed away…all the way until Kayla made it down the aisle! It rained pretty good through the entire ceremony. Logan and Kayla were getting drenched so I told my second shooter to run to my car and grab an umbrella. And naturally, the rain ceased as soon as the ceremony came to a close! The shots we were able to get will forever tell a fun story on their wedding day. Plus, we got some awesome sunset shots to finished off the evening.
